Nose Intensely peaty with aromas of bonfire smoke, seaweed, citrus zest, vanilla, and brine. Palate Powerful and complex, delivering flavours of ashy peat smoke, lemon peel, honey, malted barley, and creamy vanilla, balanced by oak spice and sea salt. Finish Long and warming, with lingering peat smoke, citrus, and coastal salinity.
