Tasting Notes
Nose: Very mellow fruity plum jam, caramelized muscovado sugar, Scottish butter tablet notes and cinnamon touches. Palate: Sweet plums and dates, ripe apricots with baking spices and roasted chestnuts. Notes of apple and cinnamon pie at the back with a very smooth texture and a pleasant finish. Finish: Medium to long with spices, honey and caramel notes.

Lindores Abbey Distillery, established in 2017 on the historic grounds of Lindores Abbey in Newburgh, Fife, Scotland, honors the site of the first written reference to whisky distillation in the country. Initiated in 2013, the project thoughtfully rebuilt the distillery, opening its Visitor Centre and commencing distillation in 2017. Lindores Abbey Distillery is set to release its inaugural single malt Scotch whisky in Summer 2021, featuring both commemorative bottlings and standard releases.
