Nose Raisins, dates and fig conserve with orange peel, dark chocolate, honeyed malt and rich Pedro Ximénez sweetness. Palate Full and layered, with treacle, fruitcake, dark chocolate and caramel alongside ripe orchard fruit, sweet malt and warming spice. Finish Long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, cocoa, orange zest, sweet oak and rich PX sherry character.
