A pale gold coloured whisky with a sweet, full bodied nose. Vanilla, leafy and floral with butter shortbread, apple skins and pear notes coming through at the end. Creamy sweet initially on the palate with a slight peppery note, then the fruity character appears with more green apple skins and some pineapple giving way to a long, dry, spicy finish with oak and nutmeg coming through late.
