Matured in a single American oak puncheon, it was specially bottled in 2012 by Number One Drinks Co. as part of the acclaimed Ichiro’s Malt series, to honour the Whisky Talk Festival held in Fukuoka, Japan. The label features a graceful Japanese crane, symbolising longevity and good fortune. Just 446 individually numbered bottles were released, making this a highly collectible and beautifully crafted whisky from one of Japan’s most revered lost distilleries.
