Süßer Mondsherry, Popcorn-Cluster, planetenreife Birnen, gerösteter Zimtnebel, teleskopische Doppelrahm mit Supernova-Erdbeeren. Protoplanetarischer flüssiger Honig, der um entlaufene, verbrannte Zedernholzspäne kreist.

North British 30 Jahre alter Lowland Single Grain Scotch Whisky aus dem Jahrgang 1991. Einzelfassabfüllung im Palo Cortado Sherry Hogshead (Erstbefüllung), #TWB1023, abgefüllt im Februar 2021. Die dritte Abfüllung der Grant Tour-Serie. Die Raumsonde Viking 2 startete am 9. September 1975 von der Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Zusammen mit Viking 1 sollte sie nach Spuren von Leben auf dem Mars suchen. 159 nummerierte Flaschen. Nach einer 333-tägigen Reise zum Mars trennte sich die Viking-2-Sonde am 3. September 1976 von ihrer Raumstation und landete auf Utopia Planitia, einem der größten Kraterbecken in unserem Sonnensystem.

The Distillery

North British Distillery, founded in 1885 by Andrew Usher, John M. Crabbie, and William Sanderson, is a historic Lowland whisky distillery located in the Gorgie area of Edinburgh, Scotland. Established to ensure a steady supply of grain whisky for cordials and Scotch blends, the distillery features four Coffey stills producing grain spirit at 94.5% ABV with multi-million litres annually. Most whisky matures in central Lowland racked warehouses, while select casks age for at least eight years in Dunnage Warehouse No.1. Although official releases are limited, exceptional single malts are available through independent bottlers like Hart Brothers and Hunter Laing. North British Distillery remains a cornerstone of Scotland’s esteemed whisky industry, celebrated for its quality and tradition.
