Tasting Notes

In der Nase zunächst täuschend sanft, mit Noten von Puderzucker und einem Hauch erdigem Rauch. Mit der Zeit im Glas entfaltet sich jedoch ein kräftiger, phenolischer Charakter, der an Küstentorf erinnert. Am Gaumen zeigen sich weitere Torfrauchnoten, begleitet von feuchter Wolle, Puderzucker, leichten floralen Anklängen und erneut Torfrauch. Der Abgang ist unverkennbar küstentypisch und klingt langsam aus mit Aromen von Hering, Teer und noch mehr Rauch.
