Am Gaumen weich und vielschichtig, mit Noten von Toffee, reifen Obstgartenfrüchten und einem Hauch von rauchigem Torf, umhüllt von Vanille-Eiche. Langer und eleganter Abgang mit anhaltender Malzsüße, Rauchnoten und einer sanften, würzigen Eichenwärme.

Dieser Whisky stammt aus dem Einzelfass Nr. 2455 , wurde im April 1988 destilliert und im Februar 2014 von Gordon & Co. für die Pearls of Scotland-Serie abgefüllt. Nach einem Vierteljahrhundert Reifezeit bietet er Ardmores charakteristische Balance aus Highland-Fruchtigkeit und sanftem Torfrauch. Es wurden nur 300 Flaschen abgefüllt.
