Nose: Intense mango aromas lead to fresh orange zest and Brazil nut. Cocoa powder gives way to sweet poached pear and lemon sherbet.
Taste: Smooth citrus flavours complement baked apple and honeycomb. A hint of milk chocolate develops alongside dried banana.
Finish: A medium bodied finish with toasted almonds, cracked black pepper and lime peel.
