Aroma: Subtle Sherry influences with apple, cinnamon, and hints of lemon are complemented by charred oak aromas. A undertone of treacle is present. Taste: Sweet initially then peppery with green apple, orange peel, and chocolate flavours. A charred oak edge develops and combines with liquorice on the finish.
