Tasting Notes

Nose Lively and bracing—smouldering peat, damp rope, and cinder toffee with underlying dried fruits and nutmeg. Palate Bold and full-bodied—black pepper, red berries, and barbecue smoke interplay with notes of treacle, clove, and seaweed. Finish Lingering and spicy—chilli warmth, smoky oak, and a touch of salted caramel.
