Palate: The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel. The initial sweetness of honey and caramel quickly gives way to fresh orchard fruits, particularly green apples and pears. The spices are well-balanced, with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of clove enhancing the experience. Light peat smoke, sea salt, and a mineral undertone add complexity.
