Trademark vegetal notes confirm the agricole character of this complex rum. The spirit is layered with cinnamon, coffee cream, brittle toffee, wood and exotic fruit. Beyond the fruit, the palate has a dry edge augmented by the complex influence from the wood. The fruit takes a back seat as the spicy layer comes into play for the finale.
