This sherry butt has archived the tricky balance of peat and sherry beautifully. Aromas of cigar box, leather and honey abound. The palate delivers a near perfect orcadian whisky, combining dried figs, dates and runes with peat smoke and complex floral notes. The is superlative whisky finishes with clove rock and more rich fruit.
