A touch of peppery spice and toasted oak emerges, adding complexity and balance to the sweetness from the bourbon barrels.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of vanilla, honey, and a gentle maltiness. The higher proof adds a nice kick, leaving a lasting impression of fresh fruit and soft oak.
