Nose: Rich Sherry influences with stewed pear, green apple and cinnamon aromas. A delicate menthol note with a touch of beeswax polish.
Taste: Cracked black pepper initially with orange, lemon zest and dark chocolate flavours. Complimented by a subtle charred oak edge.
