Tasting Notes

Nose Fragrant aromas of wild strawberries, raspberry coulis, and rose petals, with background notes of polished oak, nutmeg, and soft herbal spice. Palate Silky and layered with flavours of red berries, cherry liqueur, and cranberry, mingled with hints of dark chocolate, baking spice, and a gentle earthiness. Finish Elegant and drying, with lasting notes of red grape tannins, clove, and subtle oak spice.
