The bourbon cask influence brings creamy vanilla, honey, and a touch of citrus zest. As the whisky opens up, the sherry richness mingles with the coastal peat smoke, creating a harmonious blend of sweet, savory, and smoky.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruits, campfire smoke, oak spices, and a touch of salt.
