Established in the 18th century, Uitvlugt (pronounced "eye-flut") crafted rum using traditional wooden stills, including the famous Double Wooden Pot Still, which now operates at Diamond Distillery. Though the distillery closed in 2000, its legacy lives on in limited-edition releases by independent bottlers worldwide.
