Longmorn 1961, ausgewählt von Stuart Urquhart: Amerikanisches Eichenfass 512; 40,8 % vol.; „Etwas heller in der Farbe … süßer im Bouquet und fruchtig am Gaumen, mit Noten von Schwarzkirsche, Himbeere und getrockneter Vanille“.
Longmorn 1961 Vintage Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Beide Abfüllungen reiften in First-Fill-Sherryfässern. Fass Nr. 508 (europäische Eiche), Fass Nr. 512 (amerikanische Eiche), abgefüllt von Gordon & MacPhail. Jeder Whisky wird in einer nummerierten, mundgeblasenen Karaffe geliefert, zusammen mit einem Buch des Whisky-Experten Jonny McCormick und einem von Richard & Stuart Urquhart unterzeichneten Echtheitszertifikat. Nur 100 Flaschen pro Fass, verkauft als Paar.

Longmorn
Longmorn Distillery, founded by John Duff, George Thomson, and Charles Shirres in 1893, is a prestigious Speyside malt whisky distillery located just north of Fogwatt beside the Strathspey Railway. Equipped with eight stills, Longmorn produces deep, sumptuous single malt whisky primarily for renowned Scotch blenders. While the distillery does not have a visitor centre, it frequently participates in the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival, offering exclusive tours to select guests. Longmorn single malt is highly sought after through independent bottlers such as Wemyss Malts and Gordon & MacPhail, celebrated for its exceptional quality and rich heritage.
