Nase: Ein tiefgoldener Whisky mit Aromen von süßem Sherry, gesalzenem Karamell und Torfrauch. Geschmack: Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich weich und fruchtig mit dem süßen Geschmack von Trockenfrüchten aus dem Sherryfass. Dieser klingt sanft aus und hinterlässt die berühmte, vollmundige Torfnote, die von einem Hauch Algen durchzogen ist. Abgang: Der Abgang ist lang anhaltend, wärmend und leicht fruchtig mit deutlichen Anklängen des bekannten Torfs.

Laphroaig 6 Jahre alter Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky aus dem Jahrgang 2011. Abgefüllt im August 2017 von The Creative Whisky Co. für die Exclusive Malts Serie aus einem Refill-Sherryfass (Nr. 195). Diese Sonderabfüllung wurde anlässlich des 10-jährigen Jubiläums von The Whisky Barrel zusammengestellt. 337 Flaschen, einzeln von Hand nummeriert.
