Das Aroma ist mild; nach einer wachsartigen, rauchigen Kopfnote ist es insgesamt herzhaft, mit einem süßen Hauch von Heidekrautpollen. Die Textur ist vollmundig, cremig-weich und füllig, der Geschmack reichhaltig, süß und würzig, mit einer Prise Salz und einer ansprechenden, zunehmenden Pfefferschärfe, die bis zum prickelnden Abgang anhält.
