Nase: Hier zeigt sich eine schöne Tiefe… Intensive Aromen von Kakao, Feigen, Apfelstrudel und gebackenen Früchten. Geschmack: Köstlich, vollmundig, viskos und zäh. Geschmolzener brauner Zucker vereint sich mit dunkler Schokolade und Crème brûlée. Sauerkirschen, Melasse und ein Hauch von Mokka. Vielleicht ein Hauch Sternanis? Hier passiert so viel, und doch wirkt alles sehr harmonisch.
Blair Athol 14 Jahre, Jahrgang 2008, Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Abgefüllt im August 2022 von The Alistair Walker Whisky Co. für die Infrequent Flyers-Serie in einem einzelnen PX Sherry Puncheon (Nr. 807413). Auflage: 680 Flaschen.
