Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein vollmundig und harmonisch mit einer komplexen Aromenvielfalt aus Karamell, Toffee und Vanille. Ergänzt wird diese durch Nuancen reifer Bananen, gerösteter Nüsse und eine dezente Würze, die durch die Reifung im Rumfass entsteht.
