Daftmill 15 Year Old 2007 is a rare Lowland single malt Scotch whisky from the family-owned Daftmill Distillery in Fife. Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023 at natural Fife Strength, this release was drawn from 13 first fill bourbon barrels matured in Warehouse No. 1. A limited-edition small-batch whisky, it perfectly showcases Daftmill’s elegant, farm-to-bottle character, balancing orchard fruits, malt sweetness, and oak spice.
