Nose: Warm baked custard, peppered strawberries, digestive biscuits, soft oak and a short sherbet tingle. Taste: Thick rosehip syrup, Demerara sugar developing into a spicy, gooseberry dryness. Wonderful balance, nothing dominates. Finish: Intensified syrup and green fruits.
