Wolfburn Inaugural Release Highland single malt Scotch whisky. Limited edition of 875 bottles from the very first casks filled at Wolfburn in 2013. Each bottle is individually numbered and engraved, and presented in a hand-made oak box.
Wolfburn
Wolfburn distillery is a Scotch whisky distillery in Thurso, Caithness, Scotland. After ceasing production in the 1850s it reopened in 2013. The first bottling from the new distillery was released in March 2016.
On the nose you'll find fruit and malty aromas with just a hint of peat. On the tongue, sweet and nutty flavours are present which coat the palate to leave a very slightly pleasant flavour of smoke.

케이스니스(Caithness)의 서소(Thurso) 서쪽에 위치한 울프번 증류소(Wolfburn Distillery)는 2013년에 생산을 시작하여 스코틀랜드 본토 최북단 증류소가 되었습니다. 하이랜드 위스키 산지에 자리 잡은 이 증류소는 단 두 개의 증류기만을 운영하며 생산량 기준으로 가장 작은 규모의 증류소 중 하나입니다. 2016년에 첫 싱글 몰트 위스키를 출시하여 빠르게 호평을 받았습니다. 북쪽으로는 거친 펜틀랜드 해협(Pentland Firth)이, 남쪽으로는 고대 플로우 컨트리(Flow Country) 이탄 습지가 펼쳐진 이곳에서 생산되는 울프번 위스키는 특유의 짠맛과 이탄 향을 특징으로 하며, 이는 거친 하이랜드의 기원과 전통적인 제조 방식에 대한 헌신을 반영합니다.
