향: 바닐라 퍼지, 가죽, 계피와 정향, 벌집꿀, 오렌지 껍질, 망고와 사과 조림. 맛: 버터를 바른 구운 과일빵, 검은 포도, 크렘 카라멜, 보리 설탕, 오렌지 셔벗, 크리미한 퍼지와 볶은 커피콩. 여운: 부드럽고 드라이한 스위트 셰리, 코코아, 은은한 스모크 향과 감귤류 향.
Tomatin 10 Year Old 2011 vintage Highland single malt Scotch whisky. Single cask first fill oloroso sherry hogshead bottled June 2021. 276 numbered bottles exclusive to The Whisky Barrel with label illustrations by Jamie Coe.
On November 14th, 1969, Apollo 12 launched from the Kennedy Space Center. Just after lift-off the Saturn V rocket was twice struck by lightning affecting telemetry measurements on the spacecraft. To avoid a potential disaster, EECOM engineer John Aaron in Mission Control suggested the pilot switch the Signal Conditioning Electronics to auxiliar. "Try SCE to AUX".

1897년에 설립된 토마틴 증류소는 1956년까지 단 두 개의 증류기로 운영되다가 급속한 확장을 거쳐 1986년에는 23개의 증류기를 보유하게 되면서 당시 스코틀랜드 최대 규모의 증류소가 되었습니다. 현재는 12개의 증류기 중 8개를 가동하고 있습니다. 케언곰스 국립공원 인근 해발 315m 고지에 자리 잡은 토마틴 증류소는 스코틀랜드에서 세 번째로 높은 곳에 위치한 증류소로, 독특한 하이랜드 싱글 몰트 위스키를 생산합니다. 공식 라인업에는 토마틴 12년산, 18년산, 그리고 피트 향이 가미된 쿠 보칸 시리즈가 포함되어 있으며, 증류소의 다재다능함과 뛰어난 장인 정신을 보여줍니다.
