The Distillery

1817년 휴 먼로 선장이 하이랜드 위스키 산지인 크로마티 만 북쪽 해안에 티아니니치 성 근처에 설립한 티아니니치 증류소는 처음에는 자체 농장에서 재배한 보리를 사용하는 두 개의 증류기로 시작했지만, 수요 증가에 따라 1890년대에 네 개로 확장되었습니다. 1970년에는 여섯 개의 증류기를 갖춘 새로운 증류소 건물이 건설되었고, 기존의 네 개와 새로 지어진 여섯 개의 증류기는 1984년까지 가동되다가 기존 증류기가 가동을 중단하고 1999년에 철거되어 역사적인 보관소 건물만 남게 되었습니다. 2014년에는 여섯 개의 증류기를 추가로 갖춘 시설 건설이 시작되어 인기 있는 몰트 위스키 생산 능력을 증대시켰습니다.
