Fifty-one years ago, the Lunar Module Snoopy descended to within just 15 kilometres of the Moon’s surface before re-docking with the Command Module Charlie Brown. As the spacecraft reunited, pilot Eugene Cernan famously exclaimed: “Man, we is back home. Almost.”

To honour this pivotal moment in space exploration, The Whisky Barrel selected a single sherry butt, distilled in 2006 and bottled in October 2020. This limited-edition release yielded just 685 individually numbered bottles, making it a rare and collectible expression, exclusive to The Whisky Barrel.
