Released simply as an Orkney single malt, the whisky originates from Highland Park, one of Scotland's most celebrated island distilleries. The first-fill Pedro Ximénez finish brings layers of raisins, dates, treacle, dark chocolate, and warming spice, complementing the spirit's characteristic heather honey, maritime freshness, and gentle aromatic peat smoke.
