Islay Mystery malt
Initial big smoke, then softer sweeter notes emerge – with some light citric notes. Exceptionally smooth flavours, coastal and sweet with obvious peat smoke most dominant. A long lasting lingering finish – with the smoke continuing to develop long after the whisky is finished.
