2017년 스코틀랜드 파이프 뉴버그에 위치한 린도레스 수도원의 유서 깊은 부지에 설립된 린도레스 수도원 증류소는 스코틀랜드에서 최초로 위스키 증류에 대한 기록이 발견된 장소를 기리는 의미를 담고 있습니다. 2013년에 시작된 이 프로젝트는 증류소를 세심하게 재건하여 2017년에 방문객 센터를 개관하고 증류를 시작했습니다. 린도레스 수도원 증류소는 2021년 여름, 기념 한정판과 일반 제품을 포함한 첫 싱글 몰트 스카치 위스키를 출시할 예정입니다. 스코틀랜드의 풍부한 위스키 유산을 계승하는 린도레스 수도원 증류소는 진정성 있고 역사적으로 의미 있는 위스키를 찾는 애호가들을 매료시키고 있습니다.
