Master Distiller Billy Walker hand-selected four first-fill Sherry casks—Pedro Ximénez puncheons and Oloroso hogsheads—sourced directly from Spain to cradle this deep-auburn spirit. After more than two decades in Spanish oak, the whisky delivers a lavish kaleidoscope of forest-fruit compôte, rich espresso, sweet baking spice and dark-chocolate truffle. Bottled at 52.8 % ABV (natural cask strength), non-chill-filtered and natural in colour, Batch 6 is limited to just a few thousand bottles worldwide.
