Hand-selected by Master Blender Billy Walker, this whisky slumbered in Bourbon Barrel #27979 before being bottled at natural cask strength. With only 203 individually numbered bottles released, it captures GlenAllachie’s orchard-fruit sweetness and honeyed malt embellished by creamy vanilla, coconut and lively oak spice from first-fill American oak. Presented non-chill-filtered and at natural colour, this limited single-cask gem offers an unfiltered taste of the distillery’s modern renaissance.
