Fettercairn Fettercairn Distillery was founded in 1824 on the edge of Fettercairn village at the foot of the Grampian Mountains in Scotland’s Highland whisky region. Fettercairn Distillery is a malt whisky distillery and operates a unique system whereby cold water tumbles down the exterior of its two spirit stills which contributes to the lighter floral character of Fettercairn malt whisky. Visitors are welcome at Fettercairn Distillery visitor centre which offers distillery tours.

1824년 알렉산더 램지가 설립한 페터케언 증류소는 스코틀랜드 하이랜드 위스키 산지인 그램피언 산맥 기슭의 페터케언 마을 외곽에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 원래 곡물 제분소가 있던 자리에 세워진 이 몰트 위스키 증류소는 4개의 증류기를 갖추고 있으며, 두 개의 증류기 외부에 차가운 물이 폭포처럼 흘러내리는 독특한 냉각 시스템을 자랑합니다. 이 시스템은 페터케언 싱글 몰트 위스키에 은은하고 꽃향기 나는 풍미를 더합니다. 공식 병입 제품들은 페터케언만의 독특한 매력을 보여주지만, 애호가들은 고든 앤 맥페일 코노이서스 초이스와 시그나토리 빈티지를 비롯한 여러 독립 병입 제품들을 통해 이 하이랜드의 보석 같은 위스키가 지닌 다채로운 풍미를 더욱 접할 수 있습니다.
