Distilled at the Craigellachie distillery November 1991 and bottled December 2010. Speyside single malt Scocth whisky matured in refill sherry hogsheads.

Craigellachie

Craigellachie Distillery is situated in Craigellachie village in Scotland’s Speyside whisky region. Craigellachie was designed by Charles C. Doig and established by Alexander Edward and Peter Mackie in 1888. Craigellachie is a malt whisky distillery and one of the few Scottish distilleries which continue to cool their new spirit in traditional worm tubs. Most of the whisky is matured elsewhere and flows into White Horse and Dewar’s blends of scotch.

Nose: Fruity and aromatic.

Palate: malty and a delicate sweetness.
