1881년 아일레이 섬 북동쪽 끝자락, 부나하벤 만에 설립된 부나하벤 증류소는 아일레이 해협을 내려다보는 아름다운 경관 속에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 처음에는 증기선을 이용해 자재를 운반해 증류소 부두에 하역하여 건설되었지만, 지금은 해안 절경이 펼쳐지는 좁은 외길 끝자락에 숨겨져 있습니다. 배 모양의 대형 증류기 4개를 갖춘 부나하벤은 블렌디드 위스키와 싱글 몰트, 싱글 캐스크 위스키 등 다양한 스코틀랜드 몰트 위스키를 생산합니다. 매년 열리는 아일레이 몰트 및 음악 축제인 페이스 일레(Feis Ile)에 자랑스럽게 참여하는 이 증류소의 대표 제품들, 특히 부나하벤 12년산과 부나하벤 18년산은 장인 정신과 아일레이 위스키 전통에 대한 헌신을 보여줍니다.
