Blended Scotch Black Bull 40 Year Old

Black Bull 40 year old is 90% single malt and 10% single grain and is bottled at cask strength.
Batch 1 contains whiskies ranging from 40 to 44 years old from the following distilleries: Bunnahabhain, Glenfarclas, Glenlivet, Glenburgie, Highland Park, Miltonduff, Springbank, Tamdhu and Invergordon. Blended Scotch
Blended Scotch is a mixture of one or more Single Malt Scotch Whiskies with one or more Single Grain Scotch Whiskies. The inclusion of grain whisky provides a diluting effect on the relatively harsher malt whisky and produces a smoother, milder product. With the resources to mix and blend from a diverse  range of whiskies, Scotland’s whisky blenders are able to standardise the colour, strength and taste across their brands thereby generating repeatability and consistency in their blends. Sweet nose, Grapefruit, vanilla, iced buns, apples and mint. Mild flavours, juicy fruits, slight touch of oak and a soft coastal note. Raisins and cinnamon, exceptionally smooth.
