Marking Ardbeg Day at Fèis Ìle 2018, the Ardbeg Grooves – Committee Release puts a bohemian twist on classic Islay peat. In this limited-edition bottling, Ardbeg’s powerfully smoky spirit undergoes double maturation in intensely re-toasted red-wine casks—their deep char etched with “grooves” that concentrate flavour. The result is a whisky that fuses camp-fire smoke with vibrant jammy fruit in true festival style.
