Tasting Notes
향: 매우 부드럽고 둥근 향에 붉은 사과와 같은 과일 향이 은은하게 느껴집니다. 맛: 셰리 와인 특유의 풍미와 과일 향이 진한 초콜릿, 토피, 계피, 생강의 스파이시함과 조화를 이룹니다. 여운: 따뜻하고 오래 지속되는 맛입니다. 달콤하면서도 아주 살짝 매콤한 맛이 느껴집니다.
Aberlour 12 Year Old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. Double cask maturation. Traditional oak and seasoned Sherry butts are both used to great effect, as the mellowed spirits within are combined to deliver a subtly balanced flavour.

아벨루어
1826년에 설립된 애벌루어 증류소는 스코틀랜드 스페이사이드 위스키 산지, 벤 린네스 북쪽 기슭에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 고지대에 위치한 덕분에 부드럽고 이탄 향이 나는 샘물이 풍부하게 공급되며, 이는 애벌루어 특유의 풍미를 만들어내는 데 매우 중요합니다. 4개의 구리 증류기를 가동하여 생산되는 원액의 절반가량은 싱글 몰트 위스키 제조에 사용됩니다. 특히 셰리 캐스크에서만 숙성되는 인기 싱글 몰트인 애벌루어 아부나드(Aberlour A’bunadh)는 생산 수량에 따라 출시됩니다. 증류소 투어를 제공하고 스피릿 오브 스페이사이드 위스키 페스티벌에서 중요한 역할을 하는 애벌루어는 풍부한 역사, 뛰어난 품질, 그리고 스페이사이드 특유의 풍미로 전 세계 위스키 애호가들을 사로잡고 있습니다.
