Distilled in 2014 and matured in luxurious Ximénez-Spínola Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this limited release was bottled in 2026, yielding 901 bottles at a powerful 57.2% ABV.
The Ximénez-Spínola PX casks impart extraordinary richness and depth, layering Aberlour’s naturally fruity and chocolatey spirit with notes of fig syrup, treacle, dark berries, espresso, and warming spice. Known for producing some of the finest Pedro Ximénez sherries in Spain, Ximénez-Spínola casks add a particularly concentrated sweetness and velvety texture, creating a bold and luxurious Speyside whisky. Bottled at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or added colour, this is a modern sherry bomb packed with flavour.
