St. George’s Distillery, founded in 2006 by The English Whisky Company, is celebrated as England’s first dedicated whisky distillery in over a century. Located in Roudham, Norfolk, between Cambridge and Norwich, the distillery crafts exceptional single malt whiskies using locally sourced barley and pure Norfolk water. Its inaugural distillation commenced just before Christmas 2006. Known for its artisanal approach, St. George’s Distillery produces a range of expressions, from unpeated to peated malts, gaining international acclaim and showcasing the revival of English whisky craftsmanship with rich, flavorful profiles.
