Signatory Vintage

Established in 1988 by Andrew and Brian Symington, this independent Scotch whisky bottling business originally operated out of Newhaven on the southern shore of the Firth of Forth, just north of Edinburgh. In 1997, Andrew Symington took over the business and, by 2002, purchased the Edradour Distillery near Pitlochry in Perthshire—relocating the bottling operations to a new facility adjacent to this historic Highland distillery. Today, the Symingtons’ portfolio includes renowned Cask Strength and Unchillfiltered ranges, underscoring their commitment to producing high-quality single malts that capture the essence of Scotland’s whisky-making heritage.
