Edradour Distillery

Founded in 1825 by a group of eight local farmers, Edradour Distillery is one of Scotland’s smallest and most charming single malt Scotch whisky distilleries. Located in Milton of Edradour near Pitlochry, this farm-sized distillery retains its traditional character, featuring a Morton refrigerator to cool the worts and two intimate stills with spirits cooled in a single worm tub. Owned by Signatory Vintage, Edradour Distillery remains a beloved gem among small working distilleries in Scotland, known for its handcrafted approach and unique whisky expressions. While maintaining its quaint operations, Signatory Vintage completed their ambitious plans to expand the distillery’s size and output with completion of Edradour No 2. in 2018, ensuring the continued production of high-quality whiskies.
