Nose Vibrant and complex, with aromas of red berries, plums, honey, vanilla, and polished oak, lifted by gentle spice.
Palate Full-bodied and indulgent, revealing flavours of blackcurrant, cherry, malted barley, and dark chocolate, balanced by wine-soaked oak, spice, and tobacco notes.
Finish Long and elegant, with lingering red fruits, sweet malt, and refined oak tannins.

Distilled in 1999 and matured in a single first fill Bordeaux hogshead (#811), this special edition combines Edradour’s richly sherried Highland style with the deep red fruit influence of Bordeaux wine. Bottled at natural cask strength 54.8% ABV, just 272 bottles were produced for the 200th Anniversary collection—crafted to honour two centuries of whisky making at one of Scotland’s smallest distilleries.
