Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Nose: Pineapple, toasted digestive biscuits (think the biscuity base of a cheesecake, hot from the oven) and Pink Lady apples.
Taste: Excellent fruity sweetness – bubble-gum and parma violets. There’s a touch of treacle toffee with almond notes coming through, and then a spicy, peppery note (Szechuan almost) - but not overwhelming at all. Medium-body, good viscosity.
