Finish: Long, smouldering, and gently dry—lingering ember-like smoke, sherry-soaked fruitcake, and a final flourish of salted caramel.
Savour an exceptionally mature island malt with Talisker 27 Year Old – 1993 Vintage, Hart Brothers Single Cask. Distilled in December 1993 on Skye’s storm-lashed coast and laid down in a lone first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, the whisky slumbered for nearly three decades before Hart Brothers bottled it in January 2021. The fresh Spanish oak marries Talisker’s peppery peat and maritime brine with sumptuous layers of dark fruit, toffee, and polished oak—captured non-chill-filtered and at natural colour for undiluted island intensity.
