Europe and Rest of World - Wednesday 17th December

UK - Monday 22nd December by MIDDAY. 

(from 18th -22nd December ALL UK orders will be upgraded to express delivery at no extra charge  [update 17th December])

Please note these dates are not guaranteed and may be subject to external delays and events outwith our control, particularly at this time of year, so please place orders as soon as possible for delivery ahead of the festive holidays. 

Worldwide Shipping, Tracking & Insurance

All orders are shipped in our specialist glass packaging with full tracking to your door - using reputable and secure international couriers. A tracking email is provided when your order is dispatched.

We ship whiskies worldwide using fast delivery partners. Orders are shipped directly from Scotland to your door Monday-Friday excluding local holidays. Delivery insurance is included within the delivery fee, you can order safe in the knowledge your parcel is fully protected.

UNITED KINGDOM Shipping

Orders shipped within the UK are delivered within 2-3 working days. Express next business day* option is available at the checkout for orders placed before 1PM GMT Mon-Fri. If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us for a quote. In most cases a signature must be provided by the recipient.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Shipping

We specialise in shipping Scotch whisky to the USA (NOT ALL STATES). Orders shipped to United States include FDA taxes & duties paid on your behalf. Delivery is normally between 4-10 working days*. Shipping to Alaska is to Anchorage only. Shipping for additional bottles, or bottles with heavy glass/packaging are displayed in your shopping basket.

*please note while the government shutdown ended last month, there are still lingering delays as a result, combined with the busy time of year so please expect some delays to processing and final delivery within the USA [latest update: 8th Dec. 2025]

Canada Shipping

We ship whisky to Canada, delivery is 3-5 working days. Shipments to the provinces of Alberta & Manitoba are made via our appointed province liquor broker - delivery is normally within 7 business days but please note in some circumstances order may need to collected in person from a courier/Customs depot out of our control. 

All other Provinces are at the cardholders own risk but we do not ship to Quebec or Ontario. It is the recipient's responsibility to settle all associated import duties, taxes and fees.

Europe Shipping

We ship whisky to Europe, delivery is normally 2-7 working days. It is the recipient's responsibility to settle any local import VAT and duties.

Asia Pacific & Africa Shipping

We ship whisky to Asia Pacific & Africa, delivery is 3-7 working days. Shipping for additional bottles is displayed in your shopping basket. It is the recipient's responsibility to settle all import duties.

South America Shipping

We ship whisky to South America, delivery is 3-5 working days. Shipping for additional bottles is displayed in your shopping basket. It is the recipient's responsibility to settle all import duties.

Rest of the World Shipping

We ship whisky to Israel, Greenland and Iceland, delivery is 2-5 working days. Shipping for additional bottles is displayed in your shopping basket. It is the recipient's responsibility to settle all import duties.
