Wolfburn
Wolfburn distillery is a Scotch whisky distillery in Thurso, Caithness, Scotland. After ceasing production in the 1850s it reopened in 2013. The first bottling from the new distillery was released in March 2016.
On the nose you'll find fruit and malty aromas with just a hint of peat. On the tongue, sweet and nutty flavours are present which coat the palate to leave a very slightly pleasant flavour of smoke.

Wolfburn
Wolfburn Distillery, located west of Thurso in Caithness, began production in 2013, becoming Scotland’s most northerly mainland distillery. Nestled in the Highland whisky region, it operates with just two stills, making it one of the smallest producers by volume. The distillery released its first single malt whisky in 2016, quickly earning acclaim. Surrounded by the wild Pentland Firth to the north and the ancient Flow Country peat bogs to the south, Wolfburn whiskies often exhibit salty, peaty notes, reflecting their rugged Highland origins and commitment to traditional craftsmanship.
